Celebrity plastic surgery before and after!
Ah, the Real Housewives. From fake breasts to liposuction to permanently immobile faces, housewives north, south, east, and west have gone under the knife for some serious bodily-tweaking. Last year, Atlanta's very own Nene Leakes got a breast implant reduction, a breast lift, a nose job, and liposuction. While she definitely looks fab, we loved our Nene just the way she was before she got these procedures done. Bloop, bloop, bloop!
And where would this list be without the Queen of the Knife herself, Miss Heidi Montag. The former Hills star went wayyyy beyond a few basic touch-ups back in 2009, with procedures including a brow lift, a nose job, a chin reduction, ear-pinning, and liposuction. Not too surprisingly, Heidi's mom was a little disturbed when she saw the results, especially considering her daughter's before photo was perfectly fine! Guess that's what happens when you've got a supportive guy like Spencer Pratt in your life.
