Michaels began her career in exercise because she was overweight in her early teenage years. In 2009, on the television show The Doctors, Michaels screened a picture of herself when she was twelve years of age stating that she weighed 175 pounds (79 kg) and was 5 feet (150 cm) tall, so she was 65 pounds (29 kg) overweight. When she was thirteen years old, she was enrolled in a martial arts class by her mother, which was a new beginning for Michaels. Thereafter she dedicated herself to helping the overweight transform their lives and their bodies for the better.

50 Cent comments on his dramatic weight loss!

There are many methods and motivations to lose weight. In the Spring of 2010, rapper 50 Cent lost a lot of weight for his upcoming movie "Things Fall Apart". In the movie 50 Cent plays a football player diagnosed with cancer.

“I lost 54lb for it. I was starving...."I've been eating. I'll be back in shape in no time!"” said 50 Cent.

After this the trainers also have to endure a fitness test with an amusing twist! Then one contestant finally faces a fear, while the other four are pitted in a footrace against a race car team.
